Sponsorship Requests

As an active member of the community, Rutherford Regional Medical Center supports many organizations each year through monetary and in-kind sponsorships.

It is the policy of Rutherford Regional Medical Center to contribute to activities, organizations, and causes that align with our mission of making communities healthier.

Focus Areas for Support:

Primary Areas of Support

• Health and wellness organizations
• Health education initiatives
• Programs that align with Rutherford Regional’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

Secondary Areas of Support

• Community-based organizations

In evaluating sponsorship opportunities, priority will be given to organizations that align with the focus areas listed above. Additional consideration may be provided to organizations where Rutherford Regional employees serve as:

• Board members
• Advisory committee members
• Event chairs
• Active and engaged volunteers

Eligibility Requirements

Only the following organizations will be considered:

• 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
• 501(c)(4) social welfare organizations
• 501(c)(6) business leagues
  

Ineligible Requests

Rutherford Regional Medical Center does not contribute to:

• Individuals or individual fundraising efforts
• Political campaigns or parties
• Organizations that discriminate based on age, religion, color, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin
• Activities that do not advance a public or hospital purpose
