Next Steps

Mental illness – including suicidal thoughts – can affect anyone. September is #SuicideAwarenessMonth – a good opportunity to get educated about this important health issue. Knowing the signs and risk factors associated with suicide can help you identify friends and loved ones who might be at risk. If you or someone you know is struggling with depression or any other form of mental illness, it’s more than ok to ask for help. We provide a range of support services for our community. Call 800.424.DOCS or Visit the Find a Doctor tab on this page to learn more. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is also available 24/7 and is free at 800.273.8255 for those in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
