Signs of a medical emergency requiring an ER visit may include:

  • Severe chest or abdominal pain
  • Difficulty breathing or speaking
  • Fainting, sudden dizziness or weakness
  • Blurred or loss of vision
  • Disorientation or confusion
  • Any sudden or severe pain
  • Head injury or other major trauma
  • Stiffness in your neck
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Severe or persistent vomiting or diarrhea
  • Coughing or vomiting blood
  • One-sided weakness or numbness
  • Suicidal feelings
  • Drug overdose
  • Bites or stings from humans or animals

RRHS is an Accredited Chest Pain Center, specializing in the rapid and expert treatment of heart attacks. In addition, our board-certified physicians and trained professional staff can quickly diagnose and treat all manner of injuries and conditions, from severe trauma (industrial accidents, car accidents, gunshot wounds, etc.) to non-life-threatening illness or injury.
